To have a confirmation stating I had a suite, and to NEVER receive any type of prior communication from the hotel telling me my room was downgraded, is UNACCEPTABLE. Apparently we were 'bumped' out of the suite by the 'suite committee'. I had an email confirmation, traveled over 2 hours and upon check-in was told we were DOWNGRADED to a regular room for both nights (complimentary). One night was complimentary the second was a $50 charge since it was a Friday. BEWARE!! We booked a studio corner suite for 2 nights.
